Rent Collection and Statements

Rent is due on the first day of the month, and we consider the payment late on the third. Part of Real Property Management's expert service to you is collecting rent payments on time, following up on any late payments, and making the process as easy as possible for both tenants and owners. We accept payments online and remit earnings via direct deposit.
