At Real Property Management, we work to ensure this doesn't happen by thoroughly screening every application we receive. Every tenant must meet a strict set of standards we have established.

We Closely Examine Financial Data

We require all rental applications to make at least three times the monthly rental price. This helps ensure that our renters are able to make their monthly payments on time. We also require employment details, so we can verify the information provided. In addition to salary minimums, we require all applicants to possess a credit score of at least 600+. 

Previous Evictions? Criminal Background?

In addition to the financial safeguards we have in place, we also look at rental history and criminal background to ensure an applicant is the right fit for an RPM home. We do not rent to any applicants with prior felonies or rental evictions. Misdemeanors and other criminal offenses are considered on a case-by-case basis.
